Industrial Doors
Roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, high-speed doors, fire shutters and specialist industrial entrances.
From the first site survey and product specification through manufacture, installation, commissioning and long-term support.
EVICK installs the complete range of industrial and commercial access products we supply and support.
We work with customers, main contractors, architects, facilities teams and other trades to turn an operational requirement into a practical, maintainable installation. That begins with understanding the opening, environment, usage and interfaces—not simply selecting a product from a catalogue.
Our involvement can cover site surveys, planning, product specification, manufacture coordination, programme management, installation, controls integration, testing, handover and ongoing maintenance.
Single openings, phased replacement programmes and multi-product new-build packages.

Automated gates, vehicle barriers and traffic-control equipment for controlled site access.
Activation devices, access controls, safety systems and interfaces appropriate to the equipment and operation.
Assess openings, structure, services, access, operations, interfaces and site constraints.
Develop a suitable solution around performance, safety, compliance, budget and future maintenance.
Coordinate approved dimensions, finishes, controls and product requirements through manufacture and procurement.
Agree programme, access, RAMS, deliveries, lifting requirements and dependencies with the wider project team.
Complete mechanical and electrical installation safely, professionally and with consideration for surrounding works.
Test operation and safety functions, complete agreed handover information and explain correct use.
Provide planned maintenance, responsive repairs, parts, upgrades and lifecycle support after completion.

Many installations take place where production, deliveries, employees and customers must continue moving. We coordinate work areas, isolations, vehicle routes, pedestrian segregation, deliveries and noisy or disruptive activities with the site team.

On new developments, the best result depends on early coordination. We work around structural openings, steelwork, cladding, power supplies, floor levels, pits, controls and programme dependencies to help reduce late changes.
Every installation is assessed in the context of the equipment, work area and people affected. Site-specific requirements may include RAMS, inductions, permits, lifting plans, isolations, access equipment and coordination with other trades.

The equipment’s working life starts when the installation finishes.
